WE DID IT

This one's just to say thanks. Your efforts over the last months, weeks, days and even final hours of this opening weekend have resulted in a fantastic turnout for this important film. Even the 6:30 showing during the Super Bowl had a great audience. And you should know that the audience response to this film, to Mumia, has been deeply gratifying. Audiences are moved, they are provoked, they are inspired. The turnout was so big this weekend that Cinema Village is keeping the film on for a second week––Mumia will screen in NYC at least until February 14! Your efforts have been a vital part of this success and we THANK YOU.

We'll be reaching again in the coming weeks as we open in Los Angeles, Seattle, Miami, New Orleans and elsewhere. NYC is just the beginning.

Tickets are now on sale ahead of the official date. Please buy tickets now and/or reach out to ALL OF YOUR CONTACTS to buy pre-sale tickets for the opening weekend, February 1-2-3. The greater the presale, the greater chance the film has of opening in the largest screen at Cinema Village, the greater chance Mumia has of making waves in NYC. We MUST PACK THE HOUSE for Mumia. This may be a film out in the marketplace but it is not our moment, it is his moment and we must make the most of it.
