The event will protest against Judge Dembe's November 21 denial of Mumia's state appeal and the commemoration of THE 20th YEAR OF MUMIA'S INCARCERATION on deathrow for a crime he did not commit, as well as stand in solidarity with Native American leader, Leonard Peltier who was framed and has been unjustly incarcerated for 26 years!
Democracy Now!'s Amy Goodman (award-winning journalist and staunch Mumia supporter) will be the keynote speaker in this critical fundraising benefit for the Mobilization to Free Mumia Abu-Jamal, Friends of Free Speech Radio and Media Alliance. Come and stand in solidarity with Mumia, Leonard Peltier and with the struggle to save KPFA 94.1 FM (the first station to ever air Mumia's commentaries) and return Pacifica to the people.
