Here is what we are doing in philadelphia for April 24th, which is:
a) Mumia's birthday
b) the anniversary of Millions for Mumia (the largest anti-death penalty demonstration ever in the u.s.a.)
c) the anniversary of clinton signing the anti-terrorism & effective death penalty act into lawWe will be having a honk 4 Mumia demonstration on the east side of city hall starting at 4 p.m. and lasting until 6 or until it gets dark whatever seems better.
We're also asking Mumia's supporters worldwide to send him a birthday card Mumia Abu-Jamal #AM8335 175 Progress Dr. Waynesburg PA 15370 Also we're asking people to send Mumia the birthday present he needs most-donations to his legal costs. If you can send even $5 or if you can send only $1 please send Mumia happy birthday donations to his legal defense @ P.O. Box 19709 Philadelphia PA 19143 & mark the checks for Mumia's legal defense. Right now Mumia's lawyers are working on many different efforts and require a lot of funds for the next several major legal efforts.
If we can get all of Mumia's supporters to send $1 dollar it would be amazing, if we could get all of Mumia's supporters to send $5 that would be undescribable. onamove-beeobi
