This spring, Judge William H. Yohn is expected to hear oral arguments on whether the federal district court should grant Mumia an evidentiary hearing to review his case. Mumia will be in court during this critical hearing. We must be with him in Philadelphia in the thousands. The court date will be announced soon. We will then only have a short time to mobilize.
