WBAI Mumia Marathon Special this Thursday, January 29th, 2004
Listen Up, Everyone!
Our favorite WBAI program, "Where We Live," will be hosting a
Mumia Abu-Jamal Marathon Special on Thursday, ,
from 7-9 pm.
This is the premiere program in this nation telling the stories
from Behind the Wall, & has been hosted for many years by our
own Sally O'Brien & (the late) Safiya Bukhari. It is being very
carefully prepped to present info you may have missed hearing
about, & will certainly be an eye-opener for your friends from
other Movements. Pam Africa will be live in the Studio, as will
other special guests.
This program is a lifeline to Mumia & to all our Political
Prisoners. We must show there is strong support for the
continuation of "Where We Live" in its present weekly hour-long
format. If there's one time you'll want to make your Marathon
donation to 'BAI, this mixture of Mumia & our radio station is it!
Please let folks know.
--Mumia will be spending his 50th Birthday on April 24th on
Death Row. Come to Philly & show the authorities that we know
Mumia's innocent, & it's time for him to come home!
