End all drone attacks and illegal wars
End the attacks on Iran's sovereignty

Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza
47th Street & 1st Avenue, New York, NY
Called by Pakistan USA Freedom Forum
During the period of September 18 to October 1, 2012, heads of states and
high-level officials from the world over will be gathering in New York to
address the 67th session of the U.N. General Assembly.
Pakistan USA Freedom Forum sees this as an ideal time for all peace-loving
people to send a clear message to the UN and the world and demand:
(1) an end to all drone attacks and illegal wars;
(2) an end to the hypocritical use of the International Atomic Energy Agency
(IAEA) or other agencies to selectively target countries for political,
economic or military attacks.
Drone attacks by the US and its allies, which are increasing in use, have
killed many dozens of civilians in recent times in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Yemen
and elsewhere. They violate international laws, make it easy to separate the
drone operators from the consequences of their actions, difficult to
distinguish civilians from others, and reduce victims to blurred images on a
screen far away. Their use greatly contributes to the anger unarmed populations
of small, poor countries have towards the Western powers that carry out these
attacks.
The use of the nuclear issue to attack the Islamic Republic of Iran is
hypocritical. Iran is a member of the IAEA and abides by its obligations. In
comparison, the state of Israel, is urging its Western allies, especially the
USA, to attack Iran on the pretext of crippling its alleged nuclear weapons
program. But Israel itself possesses a large nuclear weapons program, whose
existence is well-known even though Israel has never acknowledged it.
And the USA, which also threatens Iran repeatedly, operates the world's
largest nuclear weapons program, and is the only country to have ever used it
in an act of war.
