The National Front against the Coup d'etat in Honduras convenes
the FIRST INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AGAINST THE COUP & FOR THE NATIONAL
CONSTITUTIONAL ASSEMBLY IN HONDURAS
October 8, 9, 10, 2009, in Tegucigalpa, Honduras
The International Action Center is excited to announce that it is organizing
a delegation to this important conference in Honduras. This conference will be
a striking blow against the illegitimate government of Roberto Micheletti as it
will show worldwide solidarity with the people of Honduras who continue to
demand the return of President Manuel Zelaya and a peoples Constitutional
Assembly despite wide repression. A large delegation from the U.S. will be a
tremendous victory. The U.S. government has the largest U.S. base in Central
America which is in Palmerola, Honduras. It continues to complacently go along
with the illegal government of Micheleti. U.S. sanctions against the Micheleti
government are in order and political pressure must be applied to stop the
November elections unless President Zelaya is returned.
A successful delegation to Tegucigalpa will help build the movement in
solidarity with the people of Honduras. Costs for the conference include
airfare from your city and $25 for the conference. Lodging will be in peoples
homes and the conference fee includes meals. Larger donations are welcomed by
the National Front.

El Frente Nacional contra el Golpe de Estado en Honduras llama a la
primera Conferencia Internacional en contra del Golpe y por la Asamblea
Constituyente Nacional en Honduras
8, 9, 10 de octubre en Tegucigalpa, Honduras
El Centro de Acción Internacional se enorgullece en anunciar que esta
organizando una delegación a esta conferencia importante en Honduras. Esta
conferencia será un fuerte golpe al gobierno ilegitimo de Roberto
Micheletti y mostrara la solidaridad mundial con el pueblo de Honduras quienes
continúan demandando el retorno del Presidente Manuel Zelaya y por una
Asamblea Constituyente del pueblo a pesar de la gran represión. Una
delegación grande de los EEUU será una Victoria tremenda. El gobierno
de los EEUU tiene la base militar mas grande en Centro America la cual esta en
Palmerola, Honduras. Los EEUU se ha mantenido complaciente con el gobierno
ilegal de Roberto Micheletti. Se deberían imponer sanciones y mas
presión política para impedir las elecciones de noviembre si el
Presidente Zelaya no ha sido restituido.
Una delegación exitosa a Tegucigalpa ayudara a construir el movimiento
en solidaridad con el pueblo de Honduras. Los gastos de la conferencia incluyen
los gastos de pasaje e impuestos de entrada y salida mas $25 de
inscripción que cubrirían alojamiento y alimentación en la casa
de una familia hondureña. También hacemos un llamado especial a los
delegados de los EEUU para que den una donación adicional de $50 para
donarlo a la Resistencia.

para que otros puedan ir o para la Resistencia.
