NYC - Jan 21: Martin Luther King Day March Against Racism
This year, let’s help put the meaning back into the Martin Luther King holiday on January 21st by marching against racism, oppression, war, poverty and division. In New York, the march will assemble for an opening rally at 32nd Street and 7th Avenue, near the offices of radio station WABC (which recently put Don Imus back on the air!). Then we will march to Columbus Circle and rally outside of CNN’s offices (located inside the Time Warner building). A wake up call: March against racism to honor Dr. King's legacy

U.S. war provocation against Iran: Another Tonkin Gulf?
The Bush Administration has initiated an extremely dangerous war provocation just off Iran's coast, in the Strait of Hormuz. With Bush on his way to the Middle East to mobilize a collection of oil-rich U.S. client states against Iran, the U.S. government is working overtime to  create a public-relations incident to heighten tensions in the region and threaten a new war.

Israel threatens Gaza with all-out attack
The Israeli siege of Gaza is an international crime of collective punishment on an entire population. It is a crime carried out with the full support and authorization  of Washington. Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert had rejected overtures  by Hamas, the militant Islamic group that is the elected government in Gaza, for discussions about even a temporary cease-fire.

Letter Carriers Union Branch #214 Resolution: Gulf Coast Reconstruction Program Resolution
Resolution calls for federally-funded public works program (like WPA of the 1930s) with prevailing wages and the right to organize...the Right of Return of evacuees...and an end to state repression, racial profiling and police brutality in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast.

Soldiers refuse orders in Iraq
One of the most underreported stories from the Vietnam War is the role played by the disintegration of military discipline as the war dragged on. While the situation in Iraq has not reached the same point yet, revolutionaries understand that the fact that the bosses are forced to rely on workers in uniform to wage their wars raises the possibility that the troops will say, “No.”

Withdrawal is the only option: A look back at 2007 in Iraq
The financing of U.S. president George W. Bush’s wars is now just about accomplished for 2008. By a large majority, briefly before Dec. 25 the House of Representatives and Senate granted an additional $70 billion for the occupations in Iraq and Afghanistan. A large number of Democrats again voted for continuing the funding. What made it easier for this bill to pass was that in the U.S. there was a changed perception of the war in occupied Iraq.

India: Nandigram says "No!" to Dow's chemical hub
For 11 months the people’s movement of Nandigram has defied the full power of the Indian state, military, police and armed death squads in a struggle to halt a planned “chemical hub” that would destroy their district.

Media bias in the case of Mumia Abu-Jamal - -article and video
As the case of Pennsylvania death-row political prisoner Mumia Abu-Jamal enters its 27th year, despite the growing body of evidence that supports both his innocence and the charge that he was denied a fair trial, the mainstream media have been relentless in their bias against this award-winning African-American journalist. This media bias is well documented by Covert Action Quarterly, FAIR.ORG, and the documentary film “Framing an Execution.”

A New Year's Message from IAC founder Ramsey Clark
The year 2007 has been another marked by endless war, lawlessness and cruelty by the Bush administration.  Thousands more Iraqis have been killed or injured.   The enormous humanitarian crisis effects millions of Iraqis, including children, who lack basic necessities--housing, healthcare, electricity, even food.  More U.S. soldiers are dying or injured, then facing inadequate care and benefits. The administration continues to use deception and lies to whip up hostility to Iran , as they did prior to the Shock and Awe bombings of Iraq in 2003.  Bush and his cronies continue to defy international law and human rights with the brutal, illegal detentions at Guantanamo, and widespread use of torture. 2008 - A New Year of Struggle

Chávez on referendum: 49 percent say yes to socialism
The Venezuelan National Electoral Commission (CNE) early on Dec. 3 announced the results of the previous day’s referendum on proposed major changes to 69 articles of the Venezuelan Constitution. The “No” vote opposing the reforms had won by a margin of less than 2 percent over the “Yes” option, which would have deepened progressive changes and ratified the reconstruction of society on a socialist basis.

No just peace under occupation - Con ocupación no existe la paz justa
The International Anti-Occupation Network (IAON), along with the Palestinian, Arab and Spanish delegations, condemns and rejects the interference of the Spanish Foreign Ministry and the Madrid Social Forum (FSM) and its cowardice in the face of attempts by Israel to impose Zionist forces on the civil society "Forum for a Just Peace in the Middle East". These forces cannot and do not subscribe to the Forum's Reference Document that affirms the inviolability of international law.

THE IAC URGES YOU TO SUPPORT VICTOR TORO’S CASE
Victor Toro a Chilean National and co-founder of the MIR (Revolutionary Left Movement), who was disappeared then tortured by the U.S.-sponsored bloody fascist dictator Pinochet in 1973. After being released from a concentration camp prison in 1976, he was forced to leave his homeland and was given an exit only passport. In 1978, the illegitimate undemocratic government of Pinochet declared him dead and was published in the press, which until this day, this wrong has not been corrected even though many attempts by the Toro family.

IAC Statement on the crisis in Pakistan
The International Action Center condemns the ongoing U.S. support for the brutal military dictatorship of Pervez Musharraf in Pakistan. Musharraf, who first seized power in a 1999 coup, has declared martial law in a desperate attempt to bolster his faltering dictatorship.   Opposition leaders have been arrested.  Peaceful political meetings have been raided. All international and private news channels have been shut down, with only the state-owned stations allowed to remain on the air.

Mumia Abu-Jamal - Legal Update and news: Nov. 14, 2007
There are many developments on the legal and other fronts concerning my client, Mumia Abu-Jamal.  We remain in active litigation before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and also have issues pending in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.  Mumia has been honored by fellow writers through acceptance into a prestigious organization, a Nobel Prize winner recently visited him, an excellent new book was released in France, a leading British newspaper has published a major article on Mumia, and a superb film recently premiered in London and Rome.  The following are the highlights.

The Chief, an influential weekly newspaper that covers civil service unions and is widely read by New York City civil service union members and New York City politicians, published an article in the Sept. 7th edition about Comptroller Thompson’s action. The article included a statement of praise for Thompson’s action that was issued by Jewish Labor Committee (JLC) President Stuart Appelbaum.

IMMIGRANT RIGHTS ACTIVISTS IN SOLIDARITY WITH THE FILIPINO COMMUNITY
On Sunday, September 30th, one of the characters on the very popular ABC television show Desperate Housewives spoke an extremely offensive line of dialogue. Actress Terri Hatcher said on the air, let me just check those diplomas, cuz I just want to make sure they're not from some med school in the Philippines, insinuating Philippine-educated medical professionals are of inferior breed.

Petition calling on Congress: repeal Hyde Amendment & restore coverage of abortion for low-income women
Abortion is still legal in the U.S., but every year thousands of women are denied this right because they don’t have the money to pay for needed health care. Low-income women are often forced to use money they need for food and rent to cover the cost of an abortion. Many women cannot raise enough money and must continue the pregnancy and stay trapped in poverty. Women face this difficult situation because in 1976 Congress passed the Hyde Amendment, which excludes abortion from government-funded health care programs.

Militant march and direct action follow week-long challenge in front of Congress
The march on Saturday, September 29  was a departure in tone and make-up from many past anti-war demonstrations. It was a serious and highly successful effort to involve more community based organizations and issues and to link the struggle against the war with the struggles against racism, oppression, and economic injustice at home.  Tent City, March and Rally in Los Angeles Sep. 22nd - 29th

The Encampment to Stop the War has moved to the streets! Youth activists, veterans, and antiwar organizers have taken the street in the middle of D.C.

"No Justice, No Peace!" "Free the Jena 6!" Eyewitness Reports, Jena, LA, Sept. 20, 2007 / PODCAST: FREE THE JENA 6
There is probably no way to determine the exact number of people who filled the streets of Jena, La., for more than 12 hours today. It was both a work and a school day in this small town in rural Louisiana, far from any major population center and accessible mainly by a two-lane road. Yet, from dawn until dusk, the scene in downtown Jena was one of an ever-flowing crowd of people wearing black tee shirts--people of all ages but of one mind: to demand justice now for six African-American teen-agers whose prosecution for a schoolyard fight with a white classmate illuminates the racial disparities endemic to the U.S. justice system.

Speech by Cuban Foreign Minister at UN High-Level Event on Climate Change
The Secretary-General of the United Nations has called upon us today to send a powerful political message to the forthcoming Bali Conference. I find no better way to say it on Cuba's behalf than to repeat Fidel's words that 12 June 1992: "Let selfishness end, let hegemonies end, let insensitivity, irresponsibility and deceit end. Tomorrow it will be too late to do what we should have done a long time ago."

U.S. occupation creates humanitarian disaster in Iraq
If the full dimensions of the horror the U.S. occupation has created in Iraq were exposed and confronted, world outrage would reach such a pitch that the occupation could not continue. A huge number of reports that are largely ignored or given only passing mention in the corporate media confirm an unprecedented level of destruction of essential infrastructure, loss of life and massive displacement of people. IRAN: NEW War Threat - URGENT
Today President Bush once again threatened to use the Pentagon’s weapons of mass destruction by refusing to ‘rule out the use of force.” against Iran.  Yesterday, speaking before the American Legion, he said,"Iran’s actions threaten the security of nations everywhere, and the United States is rallying friends and allies to isolate Iran's regime, to impose economic sanctions."

Mumia Legal Update: September 10, 2007
It is impossible to know what the federal court ruling will be. If the judges follow the law and fairly apply the U.S. Constitution, we will win. As to when, long ago I projected a decision would be forthcoming this fall; it could come any day. One thing is certain: whomever loses will seek a rehearing and petition the U.S. Supreme Court.Mumia Legal Update: Sept. 24, 2007

Depleted Uranium: Let’s reach our youth BEFORE they’re contaminated! Poison DUst Educators' Packet
Three years ago, The Daily News ran a story about reservists returning from Iraq in2004 from the same unit who were suffering from what euphemistically has been called “Gulf War Syndrome.” It turned out that they all had been exposed to radioactive dust during their tour of duty in Iraq. The short term and long term effects of this exposure are slowly emerging into public consciousness.

Anti-war vets resist: USMC retreats on bad discharge The U.S. Marine Corps launched another offensive this May—this one not a landing on some foreign beach but a legal attack on its own anti-war Iraq veterans. Given the results of the first skirmish in Kansas City, Mo., on June 4, the USMC already seems to be deciding that it might retreat rather than find itself fighting another losing battle with a popular army.

DEFEND CINDY SHEEHAN
It should come as no surprise to anyone that Sheehan has been the target of endless threats and attacks by pro-war groups, right-wing talk radio, and the corporate media. But they haven’t been the only attackers. As Sheehan has stepped up her criticism of the Congressional Democrats' complicity in the war, she has come under attack, some as venomous and personal as any right-wing Republican attack, by some who insist that the antiwar movement must be limited to protesting against Bush and the Republicans.

Why Virginia Tech shootings happened
Yet another rampage has occurred at a school, this time leaving 33 people dead at Virginia Tech—the worst such incident ever at a U.S. college campus. The news media seem stunned and surprised, yet their coverage sounds so similar to the stories about Columbine eight years ago. They dwell on the personality of the young man the police say did the shooting, before killing himself. They talk about him being a “loner,” depressed, perhaps angry at women. But aren’t there lonely and depressed people all over the world? Many countries have high suicide rates. Why is it that here some become mass murderers?

Two Former UN Humanitarian Coordinators for IRAQ Once Again Appeal For The Release of Tariq Aziz Former Deputy Prime Minister of Iraq
As two former UN Humanitarian Coordinators for Iraq we would like to repeat the appeal we made last year to the U.S. Government for the release  of Tariq Aziz, former Deputy Prime Minister of Iraq. Tariq Aziz has been imprisoned for the past 3 ½ years without charges. During this period  his fundamental rights under international law have been disgarded just as in the case of other POWs and political prisoners in Iraq. We are making this renewed appeal for Tariq  Aziz because of his poor and deteriorating health and the resulting danger to his life.

U.S. courts recently denied the ruling for a new trial. With this call we hope to re-invigorate outrage at the targeting and continued imprisonment of these political prisoners.

Hands Off Iran! - Tell Bush, Congress, and Halliburton
As the war in Iraq drags on into a fourth brutal year, the same politicians who led the U.S. to war in 2003 are preparing for a new war --this time against the people of Iran. Once again using the pretext of "weapons of mass destruction," the U.S. is moving the forces into place in preparation for a possible attack. The USS Eisenhower strike force, with some 800 Tomahawk cruise missiles and a fleet of bombers, has moved into the Persian Gulf.

Mumia - "The Mumia Abu-Jamal Case After 25 Years"
Last month my client, Mumia Abu-Jamal, and I sent letters to officials in  Paris in response to a fraudulent political attempt to have his honorary citizenship there revoked.  I am pleased to report that the effort, based upon misrepresentations and lies, has failed. Mumia, a great and courageous journalist, continues to be an  honorary citizen of Paris.  Further, the street named after him in Saint Denis remains "Rue Mumia Abu-Jamal". Labor Speaks Against War on Iran
This is an important victory for antiwar activists in the labor movement. Let's keep the momentum going--We encourage you to work to get similar resolutions passed in your unions, Labor Councils, City Councils, churches, schools, student governments, clergy associations, tenant organizations, community groups, etc. Send us copies of the resolutions you pass--ALL these resolutions will be posted on Stop War on Iran web site.

Stop the Draft - Take action now
A new bill to be introduced in Congress in January will mandate military service for men and women between the ages of 18 and 42. The failure of the U.S. effort to occupy Iraq, as well as plans to take military action against Iran and possibly North Korea, has stretched the military to the breaking point and the Pentagon needs thousands of more troops to carry out the agenda of global dominance.

Americans Protest U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement in Seoul
An American delegation of peace, labor and social justice activists led by Cindy Sheehan is in Seoul to join the nationwide mobilization against the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement currently being negotiated. The delegation is joining the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) who has called for a General Strike from all sectors of South Korean society to demand that the Roh government seriously address the needs of workers and peasants.

Stop the Repression in Oaxaca! IAC Statement
The U.S.-based International Action Center condemns the criminal attacks that the government of Gov. Ulises Ruiz Ortiz and President Vicente Fox are committing against the people of Oaxaca, more specifically against the Popular Assembly of the People of Oaxaca (APPO).¡ALTO INMEDIATO A LA REPRESIÓN EN OAXACA!

Poison Dust - the Pentagon's illegal weapons
Join us in a campaign to expose and stop the use of these illegal weapon. On November 1, the BBC reported that the U.S. and British governments have continued to use radioactive and chemically toxic Depleted Uranium weapons in Iraq, disregarding warnings that these weapons pose a cancer risk and are linked to numerous other health issues.

U.S. Hands Off North Korea! Join the Online Campaign
I am writing this letter to oppose the current international campaign of threats and vilification against North Korea being carried out by the U.S. government, and to demand that it end immediately! With the recent routine testing of a nuclear weapon by the DPRK, the Bush Administration is working overtime to gather international support for sanctions and other hostile actions towards North Korea. Eyewitness Lebanon: Hezbollah helps mend divisions
Traveling throughout war-torn Lebanon, we realized it is impossible to understand the historic accomplishment of the resistance or the vast reconstruction underway without understanding the role of Hezbollah in Lebanese society. Everyone we met wanted to discuss this one topic. Lebanon is a complex multi-ethnic, multi-religious country. Under French colonial rule, the entire state structure of Lebanon was rigidly divided into religious groupings. There was no civil society and social services in Lebanon were organized by the different religions. EYEWITNESS LEBANON: Reconstruction begins amid the ruins

Scholars, artists, religious personalities, union leaders, activists and many others sign petition on behalf of Venezuela / Intelectuales, artistas, personalidades religiosas, líderes sindicales, activistas y muchas otras personalidades firman petición a favor de Venezuela
Given the constant increase of unfriendliness and blatant hostile actions from the government of the United States towards the sovereign Republic of Venezuela and its president, Hugo Chavez, the International Action Center has initiated an online campaign on behalf of Venezuela.

STOP U.S. Aggression Against Venezuela: Sign the petition online
The United States government and its corporate media's belligerent  campaign against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and its leaders must cease at once. Several incidents that occurred during the session of the United Nations in New York City clearly expose the campaign's escalation.

The U.S. role in Darfur, Sudan
What is fueling the campaign now sweeping the U.S. to “Stop Genocide in Darfur”? Campus organizations have suddenly begun organizing petitions, meetings and calls for divestment. A demonstration was held April 30 on the Mall in Washington, D.C., to “Save Darfur.” Again and again it is said that “something” must be done. “Humanitarian forces” and “U.S. peacekeepers” must be deployed immediately to stop “ethnic cleansing.” UN troops or NATO forces must be used to stop “genocide.” The U.S. government has a “moral responsibility to prevent another Holocaust.” De rol van de VS in Darfur / Pourquoi les USA s'intéressent tant au Darfou / O papel dos Estados Unidos no Darfur  /  Die Rolle der USA in der sudanesischen Provinz Darfur / USA´s rolle i Darfur

Fact-Finding Delegation from U.S. Exposing U.S./Israeli War Crimes in Lebanon
A fact-finding delegation, organized by the Campaign for Accountability for U.S./Israeli war crimes, arrived in Lebanon yesterday on a week-long visit to the devastated country. LeiLani Dowell, a member of the delegation, reported from Beirut that, "Huge craters were all that remain of many buildings--craters created not by the excavation of the debris, but by the magnitude and force of the bombs dropped. ..." Stop sanctions and war on Iran before they start! Sign the petition online - Send messages to Haliburton, Bush and Congress
On July 31, 2006, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) adopted Resolution 1696, demanding Iran suspend all uranium enrichment related and reprocessing activities, including research and development by August 30, 2006.  This resolution was passed before Iran had an opportunity to study and respond to the package of incentives, which Iran had said it would respond to by August 22, 2006.  It states that Iran either complies with the provisions of 1626 and suspends uranium enrichment or will face the possibility of economic and diplomatic sanctions by the powers that sponsored the draft of the resolution.

Lebanese resistance bares limits of U.S.-Israeli power
Reports on July 22 that the Pentagon is rushing the delivery of precision-guided bombs to Israel for use in its criminal offensive in Lebanon confirm the real relationship in this U.S./Israeli war. The utter dependency of the Zionist state on the military equipment, massive funding, political and diplomatic support of the United States has never been clearer. Why every worker should demand U.S. out of the Middle East / Attacks on Palestine, Lebanon lead to worldwide protests / Struggle over Middle East reaches into world LGBT movements

International Action Center statement: STOP THE U.S.--ISRAELI WAR AGAINST LEBANON AND PALESTINE!
The blood in Gaza and Lebanon is on George Bush's hands. The bombs, shells and missiles now pounding Lebanese and Palestinian cities and villages, wiping out entire families and leaving hundreds of thousands without power or water, are made in the U.S. So are the planes and cannons that launch them.

Tell Bush, Cheney, and Congress: U.S. HANDS OFF KOREA! Online petition
I am writing this letter to oppose the current international warmongering campaign against Korea being carried out by the U.S. government, and to demand that it end immediately! With the recent routine testing of 7 missiles by the DPRK, the Bush Administration is working overtime to gather international support for sanctions and other hostile actions towards North Korea. Tens of thousands say “Hands Off Korea!”

Leading UK Lawyers Petition US Appeal Court Re Racism in Case of Death Row Journalist
Over 130 of the UK's most distinguished lawyers are signatories to a letter initiated by Ian Macdonald QC and Legal Action for Women, to the US court of appeal highlighting the racism in the original trial and subsequent hearings of Mr Mumia Abu-Jamal. After 24 years on Pennsylvania's death row, Mr Abu-Jamal, an award winning journalist convicted in 1982 of killing a policeman, has been granted an appeal which if successful could result in a new trial. This would be the first time his side of the case against conviction would be heard by a jury.

Support Letter for Somerville 5 Defendants
We are writing on behalf of Isaiah Anderson and Calvin Belfon Jr. We understand that they will be appearing before you for the purpose of sentencing on this Thursday, June 29th as a result of a jury verdict that we believe is flawed, contradictory and unjust. These two young men and their families have been the victims of a living nightmare since April of 2005 when Isaiah and Calvin were the victims of illegal racial profiling and outrageous and wanton police brutality.

Korea Truth Commission Statement on Pentagon Policy of Shooting Civilians During War
A letter written fifty-six years ago was recently unearthed by a Harvard historian and is getting a lot of attention. U.S. Ambassador to Seoul during the Korean War, John J Muccio wrote the letter to U.S. Undersecretary of State, Dean Rusk. It clearly spells out the secret policy the U.S. military had of shooting Korean refugees. It isn't the only evidence, but it is unambiguous and from the highest level, and because of that, very important.

My Lai, Vietnam, 1968. Haditha, Iraq, 2005
My Lai, Vietnam, 1968. Haditha, Iraq, 2005. Rumsfeld, Cheney and Bush hate it when anyone mentions these two events---these two war crimes---in the same breath. All the more reason to examine them closely, to see that they have the same basis that they spell out the same lesson.

Solidarity with the Philippines' Peoples Movement Against US Intervention
On July 4, 1946, the United States government granted nominal independence to their first colony overseas, the Philippines. Today, June 12th is traditionally recognized by the Philippine government as Philippine Independence Day. But over a century since it was colonized, the Filipino people continue to struggle against the presence of total US economic, political, military, and cultural domination in various forms. The current US puppet Arroyo regime is growing more isolated amidst a powerful people's movement for ouster, including a national democratic movement for genuine national sovereignty. Join us in commemorating the Filipino people's unwavering and continuing struggle for genuine independence with these upcoming events in NYC:

International Campaign Launched to Stop Attack on Iran; 250,000 Petitions say "Stop War On Iran"
In response to the growing threat of a U.S. attack on Iran, an international campaign, initiated by clergy, academics, and activists, has drawn world-wide support. Since the online campaign was launched, nearly 250,000 petitions have been sent to President Bush, Vice President Cheney, members of Congress, and the Board of Directors of Halliburton calling for "an immediate end to Washington's campaign of sanctions, hostility, and falsehood against the people of Iran." Join Howard Zinn, Ramsey Clark, Bishop Thomas Gumbleton, Ervand Abrahamian, Tony Benn, Harold Pinter and thousands more in a growing movement to stop Bush's plans to attack Iran

U.S.: Hands Off the DPRK!
The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and Freedom House are spearheading this U.S. government sponsored and funded campaign. NED is organizing a so-called informational event about "human rights" in north Korea next Wednesday, March 22nd, in Washington, DC. This event is part of an international campaign to vilify north Korea, and bring about the overthrow of its government, replacing it with a U.S. client state.

International Campaign to STOP the War on Iran before it starts!
StopWarOnIran.org, a grassroots effort, has launched a massive public education campaign to oppose the drive towards a new war against the people of Iran. As part of this effort, we need your help to place this full page ad in major newspapers across the U.S. "Weapons of Mass Destruction" stories issued in the months leading up to the war on Iraq.

Former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark Signs on for SCF and  "enthusiastically supports the fight of South Central Farmers to keep their land."
350 families in South Central Los Angeles have been sustaining themselves with a 14-acre community farm. They have had the legal right to work on this land for 13 years, until now - due to an illegal eviction by the city in favor of developer Ralph Horowitz. The city had allowed this South LA community to develop this land into a productive farm beginning in 1992.

Stand with Palestine!
The Bush regime and Israel have told the world that they plan to starve out the people of Palestine. They aim to punish them for the "crime" of electing leaders of whom the U.S. and Israel do not approve. They aim to commit yet another act of genocide against a long-oppressed people.

Free Leonard Peltier:  Political Prisoner held for 30 years by U.S. government
A Hearing has been scheduled for February 13, 2006 to correct the  illegal sentencing that occurred in Leonard Peltier's case.  The basis  for this motion is that the United States District Court lacked subject  matter jurisdiction under the statutes upon which Mr. Peltier was convicted and sentenced.

World Social Forum puts Africa up front/ Round tables issue Bamako Appeal
For those people who know Mali's capital Bamako has only a handful of large buildings -- some government offices, the luxury hotel at 15 stories, the international bank and the great mosque -- it may have been a surprise that this city was picked for the African session of 2006's Polycentric World Social Forum (WSF).

Urgent Appeal to Save Iraq's Academics/ Sign the petition online
A little known aspect of the tragedy engulfing Iraq is the systematic liquidation of the country's academics. Even according to conservative estimates, over 250 educators have been assassinated, and many hundreds more have disappeared. With thousands fleeing the country in fear for their lives, not only is Iraq undergoing a major brain drain, the secular middle class - which has refused to be co-opted by the US occupation - is being decimated, with far-reaching consequences for the future of Iraq.

The International Action Center Needs Your Help
In the last year, as anti-Bush and anti-globalization protests continue to build, and as the information about depleted uranium causes turmoil around the world, our web site has gotten close to one million hits a day. Due to all of this traffic, we again had to upgrade the services at our service provider. The additional costs are not just temporary. We need your help to cover these additional costs.
