If they tell us that everything that has happened in Yugoslavia is the fault of one man, all the while hiding the maneuvering by the German and subsequently the American Secret Services to blow to pieces this too independent country, and remaining silent on the arms they furnished to the enemies of the Serbs, long before these wars ;
If they hide the discreet but revealing words with which Clinton and other US and NATO leaders admitted that they were carrying out this war on behalf of Globalisation, the Multinationals and the control of the oil supply lines ;
If they admit today that public opinion was manipulated with regard to the true reasons for past wars(Korea, Suez, Algeria, the Gulf) as well as with regard to the crimes committed by the armies of the West during those wars, but that in recent wars everything was better and the media told the truth ;
If the media Magnates persist in courageously refusing all debate on the recent media lies ;
If the Western leaders affirm in 1998 that the KLA is a terrorist organisation, in 1999 that it is not at all and that in 2001 it most certainly is;
If they want to make us believe that justice will be done by a tribunal that has no legal basis, largely funded from not disinterested private finance (Soros, Rockefeller, Time Warner), a tribunal that has no respect for any of the basic principles of law (not least of which is the presumption of innocence until proved guilty) a tribunal that changes the rules every time that it suits it to do so and which refuses to try the crimes committed in ex-Yugoslavia by Washington¹s protégés, not to mention NATO¹s own crimes ;
If they claim that it was right to wage war and kill thousands of civilians to put in power a democratic and legalist president when the deportation of Milosevic was carried out in violation of the laws of Yugoslavia, of its government and of its judicial system ;
If they claim that the criteria of what is democratic or not in the world must be fixed by a United States President, elected by a quarter of the population (without the vote of the poor), once billions of dollars from the multi-nationals have limited the choice to two bought candidates and once public opinion has been totally manipulated by the most stupefying media in the world ;
If they tell us that such a President can put in power, arm, finance and protect Mobutu, Sharon and Pinochet and nearly all the military dictators in the world for the last fifty years, while claiming the right to condemn the Heads of State they do not like.
If they tell us that the United States leadership can assassinate with immunity, legally elected Heads of State Allende, Lumumba, six attempts on the life of Castro and many others while retaining the right to kidnap any Third World leader who resists Globalisation (of course after skilfully orchestrated media demonisation);
Then I say they are taking us for a bunch of idiots.

Si se nos dice que todo lo que ha sucedido en Yugoslavia es por culpa de un solo hombre y se disimulan las maniobras que desde 1979 hicieron los servicios secretos alemanes y EEUU después para hacer estallar a este país demasiado independiente, silenciando las armas que suministraron a los enemigos de los serbios, mucho antes de cada una de las guerras,
Si se ocultan las palabras, discretas pero reveladoras, con las que Clinton y otros dirigentes de EEUU y de la OTAN reconocían que hacía esta guerra al servicio de la globalización, de las multinacionales y del control de las rutas del petróleo,
Si hoy se reconoce que se había manipulado a la opinión pública respecto a los móviles reales de las guerras del pasado (Corea, Suez, Argelia, Vietnam, la del Golfo) lo mismo que sobre los crímenes que en ellas cometieron los ejércitos occidentales, pero que con las guerras actuales, todo va bien, los medias nos han dicho la verdad,
Si los responsables de esos media se niegan denodadamente a cualquier debate sobre las mentiras mediáticas recientes,
Si los dirigentes occidentales afirman en el 98 que el UCK es terrorista, en el 99 que no lo es en absoluto, y en 2001 que lo es completamente,
Si nos quieren hacer creer que hará justicia un tribunal, sin base legal, financiado por fondos privados que en absoluto son desinteresados (Soros, Rockefeller, Time Warner), "tribunal" que no respeta ninguno de los grandes principios del derecho, empezando por el de la presunción de inocencia, que cambia las reglas cada vez que le conviene y que se niega a juzgar los crímenes cometidos en la antigua Yugoslavia por los protegidos de EEUU, por no hablar de los crímenes de la OTAN,
Si se pretende que era justo hacer la guerra matando a miles de civiles para llevar al poder en Yugoslavia a un presidente "demócrata" y "legalista", mientras que la deportación de Milosevic se ha hecho violando las leyes de ese país, la voluntad de su parlamento, de su gobierno y del poder judicial,
Si se pretende que los criterios de lo que es democrático y lo que no lo es deben ser fijados por un presidente de EEUU, elegido por menos de un cuarto de la población (sin que los pobres voten), después de que miles de millones de dólares de las multinacionales hayan limitado el "debate" a dos candidatos comprados y después de que la población haya sido manipulada por lo medias más embrutecedores del mundo,
Si se nos dice que semejante presidente puede llevar al poder, financiar, armar y proteger a Mobutu, Sharon y Pinochet, y a casi todas las dictaduras del mundo desde hace cincuenta años, al tiempo que pretende juzgar a los jefes de Estado que no le agradan,
Si se nos dice que los dirigentes de EEUU pueden asesinar a jefes de Estado elegidos libremente -Allende, Lumumba, seis intentos contra Castro, y muchos otros- y ello librándose de todo juicio, pero que mañana tendrán derecho a secuestrar a cualquier dirigente del tercer mundo que se resistiera a la globalización, por supuesto, después de una demonización mediática sabiamente orquestada,
Entonces afirmo que se burlan de nosotros.

Se ci dicono che tutto quello che è successo in Jugoslavia è imputabile a un sol uomo e ci nascondono le manovre , a partire dal 1979, dei servizi segreti tedeschi e poi americani (USA) per fare a pezzi questo paese troppo indipendente, passando sotto silenzio gli srmasmenti che essi hanno fornito agli avversari dei serbi, molto prima di ciascuna fase di guerra ;
Se si nascondono le frasi, discrete ma rivelatrici, attraverso le quali Clinton e altri dirigenti USA e NATO hanno riconosciuto che facevano questa guerra al servizio della globalizzazione, delle multinazionali e del controllo delle vie del petrolio ;
Se si riconosce oggi che lopinione pubblica era stata manipolata sia riguardo alle vere motivazioni delle guerre del passato (Corea, Suez, Algeria, Vietnam, Golfo), sia per quanto riguarda i crimini che vi commisero le armate dellOvest ;
ma invece che nelle guerre recenti tutto va meglio e i media dicono la verità ;
Se i maggiori responsabili dei detti media rifiutano coraggiosamente ogni dibattito sulle mediamenzogne recenti ;
Se i dirigenti occidentali affermano, nel 1998, che lUCK è terrorista, nel 1999 che non lo è affatto e nel 2001 che ella lo è a tutti gli effetti ;
Se ci si vuol far credere che giustizia sarà resa da un Tribunale, senza alcuna base legale, finanziato da fondi privati per niente disinteressati ( Soros, Reockfeller, Time Warner), tribunale che non rispetta nessuno dei grandi principi del diritto, a cominciare dalla presunzione dinnocenza, un tribunale che cambia le regole ogni volta che gli conviene e che rifiuta di giudicare i crimini commessi in Jugoslavia dai protetti di Washington, senza parlare dei crimini della Nato ;
Se si pretende che era giusto fare la guerra uccidendo migliaia di civili per permettere lascesa al potere di un presidente democratico e legalista, quando invece la deportazione di Milosevic è stata effettuata violando le leggi di questo paese, la volontà del suo parlamento, del suo governo e del potere giudiziario ;
Se si pretende che i criteri di ciò che è democratico o no nel mondo devono essere fissati dal presidente degli Stati Uniti, eletto da meno di un quarto della popolazione del suo paese( i poveri non votano), dopo che miliardi di dollari delle multinazionali hanno limitato il dibattito a due candidati venduti e dopo che lopinione pubblica è stata totalmente manipolata dai media i più abbrutenti del mondo ;
Se ci dicono che un tal presidente può mettere al potere, armare, finanziare, proteggere Mobutu, Sharon e Pinochet e quasi tutte le dittature militari al mondo da cinquantanni a questa parte, pretendendo comunque di giudicare i capi di stato che non gli piacciono ;
Se ci dicono che i dirigenti USA possono assassinare dei capi di Stato legalmente eletti, Lumumba, Allende, sei tentativi contro Castro e molti altri ancora- e questo sfuggendo a ogni giudizio, ma che avranno domani il diritto di rapire qualsiasi dirigente del terzo mondo che tentasse di resistere alla globalizzazione, naturalmente dopo una campagna mediatica, sapientemente orchestrata, di demonizzazione,
Allora dico che ci prendono in giro
