Become Part of the World-Wide Resistance to the Empire! Sept 28th Student Organizers Needed!

Thousands Are Marching Against the Occupation!

The Anti-War Movement is Back on the Streets in Over 40 Countries

Sept. 17, 2003--Last year hundreds of thousands of people, many of them youth, took to the streets to build a world-wide mass movement against the war.

Now, in the first major mobilization since the anti-war marches last spring, the resistance will be back in the streets, challenging George W. Bush's global Empire with the power of a global movement of the people.

The Mass March planned for NYC on Sunday, Sept 28, to END OCCUPATION in Iraq, Palestine and Everywhere and to Bring the Troops Home Now needs student and youth organizers.

Youth are always the most powerful force in militant movements demanding an end to war and racism.

Contingents from High Schools and Colleges in the NYC area will be part of the mass march on Sunday, Sept 28.The march in NYC is part of an International Day of Action.

Protests are planned in more than 40 countries around the world. In the U.S. there will be major protests in LA, San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, Chicago, Detroit, Boston, Baltimore and NYC.

Tens of thousands of leaflets and stickers for the NYC Demonstration are available in English, Spanish and Arabic.

There are just 11 days until Sept 28 Mass March. Activists and organizers against continuing U.S. wars, occupations and interventions are needed to help spread the word.

George W. Bush wants another $87 billion to pay for a war that benefits only the super-rich. Meanwhile,60% of NYC schools are so deteriorated that they do not meet the meager Federal standards. CUNY tuition has again increased. There is endless money for the war profiteering corporations and no money for what we need.

The money that Bush has already spent for the war could have financed the hiring of 1.3 million school teachers or provided full four-year scholarships at CUNY for 4 million students.
