Boston activist Frank Neisser has just retured from Iraq where he participated from Dec 7-13 in the second Iraq Sanctions Challenge organized by the International Action Center along with Ramsey Clark, Bishop Gumbleton and a delegation of 20. They delivered a large supply of medicine in defiance of the sanctions and participated in the Baghdad Symposium on the 50th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as the U.S. delegation along with delegations from dozens of other countries.
