This year, the arms bazaar will feature as its honored guest Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld -- the Bush administration's chief cheerleader for a new war in Iraq. While money is being cut from schools, housing, healthcare and social programs, the Bush administration is increasing the military budget by untold millions of dollars.
