C-SPAN TO BROADCAST PRESS CONFERENCE featuring the U.S. delegation that met with President Aristide, members of the Congressional Black Caucus and others
On Thursday, March 11, 2004, at 12 noon, the U.S. delegation that met with overthrown Haitian President Jean-Bertrand Aristide in the Central African Club held a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington DC. The delegation was joined by members of the Congressional Black Caucus, as well as religious, student and anti-war leaders who have been organizing in solidarity with the Haitian people.
